Abnehmen und sich in seinem Körper wohlfühlen - ein Thema das viele kennen. In einigen Fällen wird es totgeschwiegen und verdrängt, andere sprechen offen und ehrlich darüber. So auch Lisa. Ich hatte Lisa damals in meiner Bloggerwoche interviewt. Damals ging es aber um ihren Blog FashionBisque. Lisa kam auf die Idee einen Blog zu eröffnen für Menschen die sich vielleicht nicht wohl in ihrem Körper fühlen aber auch an die die sich in ihrem Körper wohlfühlen aber gesünder leben wollen... Und so erblickte
saladagainstcookies das Licht der Bloggerwelt.
Mit guter Laune, einer freundlichen Art und einer Prise Selbstironie schreibt Lisa über das Abnehmen aber auch darüber sich in seinem Körper wohl zu fühlen - denn mittlerweile heißt "ein wenig mehr auf den Rippen haben" nicht das man sich hässlich fühlen sollte und man nichts zum anziehen findet. Big ist Beautiful und Lisa zeigt das man sich an keinem Ideal messen soll denn man ist schön wenn man sich wohl fühlt in seiner eigenen Haut. Diesen Blog empfehle ich allen die abnehmen wollen und sich in ihrem Körper gut fühlen wollen oder auch einfach den Menschen die gern ein wenig Selbstvertrauen brauchen denn Lisa steht zu sich selber, schreibt offen über ihre positiven wie auch negativen Erfahrungen und macht so anderen Mut für ein gesundes Leben.. & vor allem zeigt sie das man sich nicht verstecken brauch. In meinen Augen absolut Lesenswert !
